Camp Meatloaf By "THE COOK"

 
  • 2 LBS. GROUND BEEF
  • 1/2 CUP BREAD CRUMS
  • 1-PKG. ONION SOUP MIX
  • 3/4 TEASPOON SALT
  • 1/8 TEASPOON MARJORAM
  • 2 EGGS
  • 2 TABLESPOONS WORRESTERSHIRE SAUSE
  • SMALL BOTTLE BBQ SAUCE


MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND PUT IN CASSERROLE PAN. COVER TOP OF MEATLOAF WITH THIN LAYER OF BBQ SAUCE. PLACE IN DUTCH OVEN AND BAKE FOR 1 HOUR COVERED.
